offers the M10 , M40 , and M72 machines used
to produce continuous wound filter elements, which are also known
as Liquid Filter Cartridges. We can offer these machines
separately or as a package deal to the manufacturing facility.

package deal includes:

locating and establishing a source in your area for the yarn and
filters cores required for filter production. On site
technical assistance from a technician during start-up and on into
production. All
technical information in regard to:

We offer the finest quality,
made in the USA, state of the
art, continuous wound filter winding machinery.
Filter length changes can be
performed quickly, with minimal
down time involved. Any filter length can be obtained to meet
your customer's requirements.
Micron changes are
accomplished by changing the pair of
change gears located on the end of the machine. Only about three
minutes time is required to do this. There are 13 basic micron ratings.
A different gear combination is required for each one. Only the gear
sets that you use will need to be purchased. These gears are standard
change gears available anywhere in the world.
An average running time of 1 ¼ minutes per 10"
equivalent of filter.

complete less micron change gear combination sets. Sets are
available upon request at an additional cost. There are 13 basic
micron gear combinations. For each combination, 2 change gears
are needed, averaging $90.00 per set.
A
50% deposit is required
at the time the order is placed and the remainder is due
immediately before delivery.
The
purchaser is
responsible for all tariffs, duties, freight charges incurred,
and all other costs imposed by the purchaser's government.
