Following are
line drawings and basic construction of standard bags and tubes
for some of the most
widely used dust collection systems. We
can, however, manufacture bags or tubes to any OEM
specifications. In addition, variations in the materials
used, cuff style and options available, insure that you will be
getting the bag or tube that you need. Our standards for quality
materials and workmanship are unsurpassed and can be put to work
for you. Our experienced personnel are available to answer your
questions at any time.
Open both ends. Garter spring in each cuff.
Hem top, strap top or open top for cap. Steel band spring ring or
rope in cuff. Spreader rings available.
Needled synthetic felt with one open end. Available with or
without ground wire.
Single or compartmented tubes (V top, multiple hem top or open
hanger tunnel.)
One open end with rope in each cuff. Other end closed by a disc
with a hole in center. Spreader ring(s) sewn to outside of tube.
Both ends open with a rope in each cuff. Spreader rings
available.
Single or multi-compartment bag. Neoprene cord or silicone sponge
rubber, for high temperature application in bottom hem.
Open at one end with either a rope or garter spring in cuff.
Other end formed to a hem top. Available with or without an
oblong metal ring at the closed end, and with or without ground
wire.
EE or ED -- 35" x 43-1/2". A single-compartment bag
with a 33-1/2" metal rod inserted in each hem. Three holes
in bottom of bag, seven holes in hem and one hole in each
"ear."
Both ends open with rope or spring steel band in each cuff.
Spreader rings sewn to the outside of the tube.
